You will do it, trust the program. I know it feels like a big increase each week but it does work, I’m now on week 9, you’ll be surprised how quickly you get there

Just go slow and steady, breathe and you will be fine, trust the program and believe in yourself.

Remember, this isn't a race, slow and steady gets people to the end of each run.

I feel your pain. I did w3r1 on tuesday and it was HARD (understatement) due to do w3r2 tonight. Not looking forward to it. The heat isn't helping

Keep going! You're doing great! I've just done week 3 Run 2! I listened to other people saying "slow your run right down!" And it worked! If you think that after running you just walk and you feel ok walking, then think of your run being just a fast walk 🤔

Don't give up! You can do it! X

Thanks all, I'm doing it on a treadmill at home cause got no self confidence to go out! Lol. Might slow down pace, am doing it at 8 at the moment and I felt sick at the end of last 3min run.

If i feel sick it's more often a water or food thing. Do you drink alot of water before your run or not just during and after.

What is stopping you from running outside? I coyjdby imagine the monotony of running on a treadmill. But going out and running in my park and feeling free is wonderful!

I sip all the way through the runs on each walking bit. I dont know, I have zero self confidence hence the treadmill, maybe that will come in time I dont know

Try half a pint before you start. I think once you do get out you will probably suprise yourself. The body is often more capable than the mind believes. And remember your not trying out for a competition it's just you and the open road.

Not what you're looking for?
