Today I'm supposed to do run 1 of week 3 and I'm nervous. It seems like so much more running than the previous weeks. Any words of wisdom/encouragement?

I seem to remember being nervous of weeks one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine!! 😂
Flatten those nerves! Put on your “go slow and steady” head and legs & you will be absolutely fine. 😃
You've done wk1 and 2 you are so ready for this. You can do it 😊😊
Week 1 is hard SquishyBean, but so were week 2 and week 1. You’ve done the hardest part which is the getting up and out there but my word, you can do it! Well done x
With this running plan each week prepares you for the next week. Have faith hun, you can do this.
Remember it’s not a race, it’s not about how fast you go. It’s about getting to the end, so take it slow and easy. You can speed up at the end if you have enough energy left in the last few minutes of the run section.

I did it! Thanks for all your words of encouragement. It wasn't too bad except for the last 3 min run, but the whole thing felt like it was over fairly quickly so that's good.
I totally felt the same. Ha ha! Glad it’s not me. I got the start of week 4 tomorrow and bricking it... I was also afraid of week 3 and surprised myself when I completed it. Good luck on your journey. We’re all rooting for you. You’re stronger than you think you are
