Just finished, and I have to say it was SO manageable despite my anxiety. It feels GOOOOD! It is great to have the online community to share this with. 😊
Thank you Elfe5 for the tip on Japanese running, that was really helpful. For the first 2 runs I set a challenge to see how slow I could run, that made an amazing difference. Then at one point the coach said to imagine you’re running by a hedge to not bob up and down - I was by a hedge! And bobbing! So could fix that immediately.
I am using the same route for now, thinking I will travel further each week. WRONG! it was shorter distance this week, for some reason that was a surprise!!
Two rest days felt a long time, it was good to get out again. Roll on Wednesday for day 2, I’m hoping the week will continue well.
