Well, didnt know how I would feel doing today's run/jog, after WK5R3 ,strangely the first 2 mins or so,felt sluggish ,but then boi oh boi ,something kick in,perhaps a chemical thing dont know ,but got back in my rhythm and was a good Session, with the PT encourageing you or tell you off,depends how you take it...I noticed I was more running at times than jogging so I guess your body and the program knows what's happening.
And it felt very rewarding to go at that pace,but I slowed it down as I was breathing excessively so a bit of a drawback...but overall well pleased with this program and Myself. Hope this post helps others. 😉💯🏃♂️
