Wk6r1...and a wasp sting

So, after my successful 20 minute run on Wednesday and wasn’t looking forward to this one. I decided just to take it slow and not think about the time. Then 3 minutes in a got stung by a wasp on my hand...agony! Nearly turned round and went home but decided to crack on. I didn’t think about anything else but the searing pain and kept looking at it as spread through my hand and wrist...then the run was over! Excellent distraction but I wouldn’t recommend it 😂

I know 😬 it’s a right Pain innit 😬

I got stung to hell a few weeks ago when the wasps from a nest on my allotment turned grumpy and ganged up on me. Terrifying 😱. Apple cider vinegar is the cure apparently

Good on you for carrying on. 💪😃👍.

Thanks! Yes, after a quick google that’s what I’ve put on it. Feels a bit better now. Your wasp experience sounds awful! Wasps are pointless!

They aren’t! That’s just bad press. Urban myth. They are useful. They deal with ants, caterpillars and their larvae etc Not that i’m An enemy of ants cos,i’m Not as they work wonders in the compost bin 🙂. On the veg plot things balance out, so I leave well alone. I was a bit miffed though as I’ve been giving them a wide berth for ages Gratitude for ya 🤷‍♀️
