Totally delighted to have completed week 6r3 on my second attempt. It has taken longer than 6 weeks because I have had a few longer rests between runs for various reasons. There have been a few times when I felt like I wouldn't make it to the next stage. My advice to anyone who feels like that is to just go and give it a go anyway. I have surprised myself. I am 55 and feel fitter than I have ever been in the last 25 years. Just to hear Michael Johnson say that I can consider myself a runner was worth it. Looking forward to going all the way!

Well done Yogaboy, great achievement, 25 minute non stop, you've only got to do the same thing three times in week 7. You'll crush it!

Well done on completing the landmark 25 minuter! πππ Only long runs ahead until the podium now, and no pesky intervals to interrupt you, so youβll smash them all! ππͺ
Brilliant! π

Really doesn't matter if it takes longer than the plan, I'm taking much longer and still getting there. Well done for doing it.
