Well after having a slight ‘wobble’ at week 6 and thinking I couldn’t finish the programme I finally did my last run yesterday! It took me a little longer as I did weeks 5 & 6 twice but I’m chuffed to bits! A big thank you to everyone for your comments when I was having doubts, your advice was invaluable and it really got me through. I’m only averaging about 4K at the moment but the plan is to carry on with 30mins three times a week and try to improve. After that who knows, but I don’t plan on stopping!
