Oh my days there is a big difference from week 2 to week 3. Just finished week 3 run 1 and exhausted but feeling good. For anyone who is starting out and thinks there is no way you can do this, you absalutely can! Pick songs that make you want to move as i found this helped push me through when i was feeling tired. Remember your end goal and why you started Couch to 5k and most importantly be kind to yourself. Your doing great and don't give up 😁

I thought the same - big step up to Week3. I always find the first run of the week is easiest because it’s new and I have momentum, and then the second run of the week is like running through hell 😂

This forum is definately very helpful and encouraging too. So far my second runs have been ok, mine are more so the 1st 😊
