Ha ha i'm officially a runner according to Michael Johnson,just run for 25 mins non stop,it was hard but 6 weeks ago 1 min was hard,so really chuffed with myself

Big ramp up for the next 3 weeks though😮

Well done tony😊....you ARE a proper runner now its official...

You just ran for 25 mins...thats brilliant. Thats probably the toughest part of the program done. Take extra rest days now the runs are getting longer, but don't worry the increments are small and totally doable.

Start your runs nice and slowly while you take on the oxygen you need, stay slow and finish strong..

Nice and steady does it for me,not too fussed about the distance yet,just the length if time running

You'll find that completing those longer runs consistently gives you a big buzz. Run, Forrest, Run!

Well done, that's great. I am only 2 runs ahead of you and found it really helpful to use a different route - no idea why, but true!! 😄

Thanks and i’m the same, I have a few different routes that I can use and I think the change in routes helps as not seeing the same views all the time
