You just ran for 25 mins...thats brilliant. Thats probably the toughest part of the program done. Take extra rest days now the runs are getting longer, but don't worry the increments are small and totally doable.
Start your runs nice and slowly while you take on the oxygen you need, stay slow and finish strong..

You'll find that completing those longer runs consistently gives you a big buzz. Run, Forrest, Run!
