Anyone else find it tough moving to the 25 minute run at week 7? I am not finding it physically too bad just not enjoying it as much without knowing I have a little rest.

I know what you mean. But keep at it. You'll get used to it. I've just started week 8. 😊

Find a mental distraction.......music , podcast, shopping list........anything to stop you thinking about time and running.

I found that the littles rests ruined my momentum. Couldn’t wait to get onto continuous runs.
