Well, firstly I did it. So woo go me! But wow. Who knew that it would be so tough after WK 5 run 3!!!!

I’ve decided that week 5 run 3 is there to show you how far you have come and put you on top of the world... and week 6 run 1 is to stop you booking that marathon just yet hahaha!!

To be honest it was probably more mental as you read about how tough it is after wk 5 so was already in that mindset!

On to run 2...

Yep, its a real tough one. Run 2 isn't much easier.

But my goodness, run 3 feels sooooo good when you get there.

It feels so good to have the shackles removed and to able to just run. Especially after runs 1&2

Keep up the good work, you're going to love it

I found W6 R1&2 difficult, R3 lets you get back into a rhythm and just run. You'll be fine, just trust the programme 😀🏃

I agree totally!

I can't wait to get run 2 out of the way. I'm sure these interval runs are in the plan for a reason so let's just trust it.

I really struggled with run 2 but the 3rd one 25 minutes that was I dreading I actually really enjoyed!! Amazing process.. well done and good luck with your next run.. you can do this 👏
