My legs hurt.

My right calf in particular. I need new legs.

Stretch immediately after every run, hydrate fully and do strengthening exercises, as advised in the guide to the plan and you will indeed have new legs.

Yeah, I'm doing that, but I have a feeling it's specifically an old injury. My own stupid fault playing football too early after a torn calf muscle. It was never the same after that. I might need to rest it for a few days.

If that is the case, then rest but also ease back your pace.

Well done for doing it though! Providing my count is correct, it was your Run 3 of Week 1, wasn't it???

This means Week 1 is completed, despite of the pain!!! Well done! Fab result!

Onto Week 2 - yes, a good couple of rest days should hopefully do the trick!

If there are any new legs on offer you'll need to get to the back of the queue. I'm after a new set of lungs as well - there's a long line for those as well. 😄
