Well what can I say I have been a bit out of sorts I’ve not run since my last run on Sunday 10th May , I just have not been feeling it 😌 I’ve not even been doing any yoga , I’ve keep up dog walking so at least got some exercise 👍🏻
I’m going back to work next Tuesday so hoping to run on Wednesday to work, gonna have to repeat either week 6 or 7 what does everyone recommend I repeat?
Upto now I have no desire to run before next week, has anyone else going through what I’m going through, I’m not even feeling guilty which a few weeks ago I did if I missed a run , don’t like feeling like this 🙁

I think the current situation is making some people really focus of fitness and others become a little apathetic. Our heads are all over the place right now, and so I’m not surprised to hear that you’re no longer feeling guilty if you don’t run. Hopefully you’ll be all back to normal once you’re back at work... have a relaxing bank holiday weekend, and when it feels like you’ve never been away from work (that used to take me a whole 2 hours in the office 🤣) running will be ready to either kick start your day, or burn the stresses of the day away in the evening.
