Well since my last post I’ve had a few odd weeks and got behind but like everyone before me said - the programme waits for you. Tonight I did week 5 run 2 with the 8 minute runs. I did it!!!! After the first 8 minutes I couldn’t stop smiling, imagine what I’ll be like after the 20 minute run. I’ve fought my “nagging doubt” and got there. Feel so proud of myself and hopeful for the few weeks.

Good luck. I’ve been building up to it for ages but it actually wasn’t as bad as I expected. Sarah millican on the voice over said “it’s a mental challenge more than physical” she was right. Let me know how you get on.

I’m not sure whether to do my 20 min run tonight or tomorrow. Let’s compare notes after the event!

I was thinking of your graduation post. I’m pretty sure I’ll cry when Sarah says I’ve done! I felt elated after 8 minutes x
