Finished C25k and had done week of consolidation 30. Min run then broke my wrist !!!! Can I run in plaster. Can’t at mo did 3 days ago and very sore but don’t want to tAke 4 weeeks off any ideas

Can't help with the wrist.
In the long term it might be wiser to get the wrist fully recovered and then pick up the running again.You won't lose much condition in four weeks.

I’m really sorry to hear that. I had a broken wrist & was advised not to run / cycle- too much jostling & vibration. - I know it is frustrating, but you will soon be running again.
There is plenty you can do meantime- leg strength exercises (maybe hold the back of a chair for anything involving balance), Pilates or yoga modified to accommodate your wrist & brisk walking.
