Wow! 9 weeks ago I never thought I’d achieve this!Just done my last run around our meadow. I haven’t run on the road yet because I was concerned my knees might complain. I stopped running 15 years ago because of my knees hurting a bit.

This programme is brilliant. I just trusted I could achieve each step and didn’t need to repeat any weeks. I’ve learnt so much from this forum that I wished I had known in my previous running life. Next, I want to run on the lanes as laps round the meadow have got a bit boring.

Thank you, administrators and contributors, for all the excellent tips and encouragement.

Wow congratulations and very well done... bet you're feeling amazing. Looks like we started and finished our journeys at roughly the same time. I'm just reading all the support and advise on next steps which is really helpful. Enjoy the next few weeks x

Thanks. Did first post-graduation run 30min yesterday on the road. The challenge now is to keep it going but will be easier as weather improves.
