Just back from my wk3r2 felt great doing the first 3 runs the last 3minute was a bit tough as I hadn’t planned my route well and ended up on a bit of a hill. Kept going through and didn’t stop.

So proud of myself never ever thought I’d be able to do 3mins of running non stop. I’m actually looking forward to Run 3 on Friday πŸƒπŸ½β€β™€οΈπŸƒπŸ½β€β™€οΈπŸƒπŸ½β€β™€οΈ

How’s everyone else doing πŸ‘‹ to you all

Good work!

I’m at the same stage as you & did my run this morning. Somehow today seemed tougher than wk3r1 but think it was the heat. Overall I’m enjoying it & bizarrely am quite looking forward to starting some longer runs.

Well done to you too. I felt like I could have run further on the first 3min run but the 2nd one no way!! Lol

My legs were saying no no no.

The heat was tough but I actually enjoyed running in the sun, made me feel happy

Let keep each other motivated if we are on the same stage. When are you next out?? I’m out Friday

I know what you mean about the 2nd 3mins, I was beginning to think the app had crashed as it must be over by now!!

I did W3R1 this morning and I’m not sure I’ll make it again. I tried keeping the breathing steady and running slowly but I was done in at the end. I can’t see how I’ll be able to do 5 minutes next week.

I completed week 3 this morning & felt it was my best run yet. Without meaning to I must have been running faster as I was beyond my marker points from the previous 2 this week. I was still willing the last 3mins to finish though!

I will have to consciously slow down again for the start of week 4 or I won’t make it, but it was good to feel a sense of achievement today.

How are you both doing?

Well done so happy you enjoyed it so much.

My run was awful today- was so windy and for the last 2 runs I was running into the wind πŸ™ˆ I felt like I was standing still

The last 3 minute run was horrific felt like my legs wouldn’t move- not sure how I’m gonna move to 5mins next week I’m actually scared

The main thing is you still did it though so well done! I hate walking in the wind, let alone trying to run in it!

I’m not sure about the next run either, but reading on here people keep saying trust the program & go slowly. Let’s give it a try & see how it goes!

I know but I’m really feeling my legs won’t move I so want to keep going but I really am nervous about the next one

I know everyone says to keep going and trust it- suppose 2 weeks ago I would never have thought I could do 3mins so need to stay positive

Today was the first time I didn’t make it through the run, week 4 run 1. Lots of reasons why (which could also be called excuses!) but I know I didn’t drink anywhere near enough yesterday.

I’m not feeling down about it though as I did the first 3min run & then managed the 5mins..... but couldn’t get going again for the next 3min, I stopped about 1min in to that one & walked home. What I’m taking from today is I ran for 5mins, there is no way I could have done that even this time last week!

I’ll rest tomorrow & then go again on Tuesday, it won’t beat me!

I went out yesterday & completed it this time, my legs were fighting by the end but I convinced myself to keep going! Now I’ve done it once I’ll be ok for the rest of the week as I know I can do it!

I know what you mean about the bug... there aren’t many things that convince me to get up early but I’ve been doing it for running!

Hiya, how are you getting on?

I finished week 4 this morning & am glad to see the back of it! I’ve certainly found a rhythm for me but the second 3min run has been a mental battle getting going again after the walking.... I’ve completed it though!

How are you feeling about week 5? I’m sort of looking forward to it and think I might need to extend my route a bit further, will set out on Monday with 2 routes in mind and gauge how it’s going.

I’ve finished wk4 today too- was supposed to go yesterday but did t feel right and didn’t want to finish feeling down.

I felt really good but same as you I’m running out of places to keep running on flat or downhill- I change my route every time so I don’t get bored

But today I remembered just as I was about to start the last 5min run that at the end of my down hill was a huge up hill- so I ended up just going round the park twice.

I’m looking forward to wk5 but nervous too.
