This morning I received my medal for running 5K (with a little bit of walking) in aid of International Women’s Day. I love bling😀
Doing the C25K has been one of my best achievements - I never thought I would call myself a runner but I do. This forum is fabulous; acknowledging that we are all on our own personal journeys and supporting each and every one of us. I graduated last August and am still trying to achieve my holy grail of running a 5K non stop but I’m getting there; can run 4K non stop and I am so happy with what I have achieved ( no visit to the IC yet, just been listening to my body).
Every one is a winner on this forum. We celebrate each other’s achievements but we should mostly be proud of our own achievements and individual journeys.
Happy running and may your journey continue 🏃🏽♀️🏃🏽♀️🏃🏽♀️🏃♂️🏃♂️🏃♂️
