Despite doing W9r2 yesterday I completed W9r3 this morning ππ½ββοΈππ½ββοΈππ½ββοΈ. TBH the weather made me do it, this morning is going to be the best time for the next 3 days so I decided I had nothing to loose and got out there on to the tow path. I spent most of the run battling the wind and puddle dodging(don't like wet feet) so not the fastest time or the furthest I've run but I did it. Still haven't mastered the art of posting 2 pics together so this one is my completion on the app and I will follow it up with the stats from my watch for those interested. Off for a shower. Have a great day peopleππππ½ββοΈππ½ββοΈππ½ββοΈπ©πΌβπ

Despite doing W9r2 yesterday I...
Woohoo!! Well done Graduate! Time to celebrate π
Superb. Good call on the weather! ππΌπππΌπππΌββοΈπ¨ Enjoy the Fun of Finishing!
Many congratulations on your graduation fellow runner.

You can only post one image in each post.
Keep running, keep smiling.
Well done and fantastic news on graduation. Congrats π€©π€
Thank you ππΌββοΈπ
So now you have graduated what's next?
Not sure at the moment.... it all seems a bit strange not having a plan to follow π’. I might just repeat W9 for a couple of weeks to bed this in, at the same time look for some way of taking this further. But until I decide I shall just enjoy the joy of running and the scenery around me. ππ½ββοΈπ
Brilliant Tonkabella! Huge congratulations on such an amazing achievement! Itβs been great following your journey here. Enjoy the buzz and be great to hear how your consolidation goes π₯πΎπͺπ ππββοΈππ! x
Congratulations!! Thatβs brilliant.
Did you feel ok running two days on the trot (so to speak!)?
Mmmm hard call that π€. Today I woke up feeling good, no aches etc, so coupled with the weather forecast I just gave it a go, preparing for it not to go well.... I felt ok until I slowed for the walk at the end.. then my back hurt a bit. I will now rest up for a couple of days and just do easy things at the gym. I've done 2 consecutive days before but not for as long as 30mjns. But it's not something I would recommend unless you have to and I would say don't feel bad if you do try it and have to give up as it's too much. πππ½ββοΈ
Ah congratulations! Whoop whoop πΎπππππΎ.
Take it easy now for a few days π
You need to create a collage in your "album", then you can select a few images, but they will be smaller π€©
Fantastic! Congratulations. I see you have got your graduate badge already... and very well deserved. What's next for you now?
yes its just appeared....Me a Graduate not really sure at the moment...just going to enjoy running and the scenery for a couple f weeks and hunt around for another structured programme to do... I have been pointed in the direction of healthunlocked.com/couchto5...β¦β¦.what-next and there looks like some interesting things on there.
Tonkabella if u want to add more than 1 pic on ur post try using the app pic collage. U can add the photos u want to one frame and then it's one photo. It is a free app but it has a watermark at the bottom of the finished photo. U can have the option to remove it but I think it costs to do that but not sure how much .
ohhhh i'll have a look at that.....thank you
Congratulations! Hereβs me frowning upon back to back running days π. Ok Iβm done! Celebrate your achievement well, and enjoy consolidation, and your future running adventures.
Not something that I would recommend or do on a regular basis.....just sometimes it feels right and today it felt sort of right from the moment I got out of bed, however I will prob suffer for it cause it was hard going against the wind. 2 days of taking it easy now, next outing Monday
Youβre not injured... itβs all good... and that nasty weather is gonna make you take extra rest to compensate! I wasnβt putting a dampener on things though... youβve done a great job. Meanwhile I havenβt dusted off the golf clubs... I really should, I could use a 15k walk (Iβm that bad I get to walk at least twice the course length!)
Not for one second did I think you were putting a damper on itππ I was all prepared to not complete as I totally agree with you itβs not a good thing to do..... I think the fact that I am fairly fit to start with helps. Get those Clubs dusted offβ³οΈ a long walk.. chasing a little white ball is great in good weather. I played on Monday in conditions similar to today... charity thing so couldnβt back out... the wind took 2 balls to places unknown and I sent one swimming πββοΈ Just as well I donβt use good balls unless itβs good weather or I couldnβt afford to play. ππΌββοΈβ³οΈ
What I need is a GPS golf ball so I could actually see where it went! Of course that would get expensive real quickly unless they also made it float. I had lessons and never improved, so I figured what the heck, Iβll just be bad at it and still enjoy me self.
You did it, congratulations...it's such a good feeling to have done it, hope you're soaking it up...be proud, well done πΎπΎπΎππππ»
Congratulations on completing c25k you must be so proud πππππππ
