Having successfully competed run 1 and 2 of week 8 I seem to have hit a wall. Day before yesterday only 14 mins and today 21 mins.

It’s warmer granted but I went out early and I slowed down but mentally I just can’t finish! I’m so close to graduation but now stuck! Anyone got any advice? P

and includes advice on pacing, minimising impact, stretching after every run, hydration and strengthening exercises, all of which will help.

Can you speak aloud, clear, ungasping sentences as you run?.........if not, you are going too fast.
