Cant say its a fail because i did complete it but had to walk for one min - i did add that to the end to make me feel like i had done 28 mins.

Since my coming out of the running closet i feel like im going backwards, i felt better before everyone knew! Whats that all about?

3 runs away from graduating and im worried now

Too much pressure on yourself?

The next week is only an extra 2 minutes, slow down, try to enjoy it .

You've come a long way, repeat the last run if you feel you have to, but I would just slowly push into week 9🚶‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Thanks peeps! Just gotta move on and not let one bad run get me down. I have realised that me running 28 mins is a far cry from the 60 seconds i started on. I was just so disappointed this morning but have had time to reflect. Onwards to the finish 😀
