Last run of the week and I feel great. Found it so much easier after taking advice from some people on hear. Looking forward to week 5 but it does look scary lol

Super not scary... lovely relaxed runs getting you ready for the even lovelier ones to come. You are doing wonderfully.

Just keep it slow and keep it steady..breathe gently, land lightly and... wow.. you will get there:)

I felt like that, but then ended up really enjoying them...honest! Just make sure on R3 especially you've done everything right beforehand: hydrate well the day before and on the day itself, good sleep, and start off slowly- you can always speed up in the last 5 mins if you want to

More nervous that I will let myself down knowing I have done so well this far. So pleased with what I have achieved so far. Never thought I’d be able to run for 3 mins solid let alone 5
