I agree with what Busylady1 said that this was better than week 2. Not sure if it’s all in the mind that there is only 4 running sections so “less” running go get through. I decided to change from the app to the podcast but definitely prefer the app with my own music playing when there’s no talking.
I have changed from Sarah to Laura as the voice but looking forward to Wednesday when I am venturing out again.
I hope everyone is staying safe and enjoying the sunshine ☀️

It was the same words, like start your brisk walk, get ready to run, light jog etc etc but the music for each section had different beats (I guess to help you walk/run to) but I prefer my own tunes I can sing along to - it’s ok I run across fields and through woods so not a nuisance singer to any houses 😆
Good to see you cruise into Week 3 here ! 🤘I really wanted to know this. It's true that this week has less running sessions than the previous two, but how you holding up with the jump from 1:30 to 3 minutes straight ? 🥵 I am through with the first run of Week 3 and have been able to complete my three minutes by running intermittently. As much as I can tell, this is going to require some getting used to.
Hi, it’s going good thank you. I had to make a real effort not to run too fast and get over eager, especially in the first run section. But I’m on week 4 now and actually found the jump from 3 to 5 mins easier than I did the jump on week 3 from 90s to 3mins. The longer running times, but less running sections seem less exhausting. I can find my happy pace in the longer times rather than feeling like I am stop/starting (sing along to a song - loving Taylor swift you need to calm down 😂) and two runs in and the bell rings telling me it’s time to turn around and head back with only 2 more runs.
I do have to leave early to avoid the heat though.
