Thought this would be a breeze after running for 20 mins last week. Probably set off at too brisk a pace and the 8 minute run seemed endless. Note to self (and fellow C25K crew) SLOW DOWN.

Congratulations on completing wk 5. I will be doing run 1 wk 6 on Monday and Iβm glad you said about the 8 min run. I think I thought I would just breeze it because of the 20 mins that was completed. I will heed your advice and just take it slow. Happy days.
