Week 3 complete the only thing I’m struggling with are pains in my shins and calf’s. Any advice as I’m looking forward to week 4!! Have become slightly addicted

Everything Iannoda says plus good shoes and slow down, also I found my brisk walk warm up if too brisk stressed my shins and calves
