Week 6 completed today. I managed the 25 minutes but I can't say it was easy. Legs better though, Ive been drinking more water and I think that has helped the heaviness. Next week should be consolidation time. Hopefully, after 3 25 minute runs I'll be more confident.

Great job. Nobody ever said this was easy... C25K remains challenging... and now you’re a runner, so you love a challenge, right? Keep the pace down, especially at the start of each run, and you got this now.
