Well I finally did it... I started C25K in 2017 stopped started stopped and started again in may last year. I've done a few 10 races and personal runs. I'm now in week 11 of a 16 week half marathon plan and only just go to that magic marker.
So those of you who are wondering will you ever make it, the answer is yes but not rush and don't expect to get there by the end of C25K but if you carry on and keep training you'll do it.
