FINAL RUN OF C25K !

Out at 5.45 this morning. Sun coming up and was surprised by frost on the cars!😮Enjoyed it, and was elated at the end when Jo' said I was now a runner! (I pretended she was there!😄

Managed 4.8Km during the 30 mins so about 30 secs per Km off the pace. I will be doing my first parkrun when I am confident of coming under 30 mins. I may be 68 but I still possess foolish vanity. To late to change now!😅

Onward and upward I guess to "Beyond C25K" and see how we go!💪

However, I will follow John_W advise and consolidate for a couple of weeks first.

Well done you... consolidation now as suggested, but try to shake the runs up a tad.

Not just 30 minute runs, but some shorter ones , some 30 minutes and some maybe, longer , just see where you get to runs.

New routes too can be good... getting the legs used to all sorts of conditions and distances:)
