Well I managed to do it today. I was surprised that I didn't feel like my legs were going to fail me. I actually pushed myself a little harder for the last 60 secs. Not sure how I feel about going on to week 7, but will give it a go. Sarah Milligan on the app and support from you guys definitely helps.

Well done! I am about to do Week 6, run 3, too. I have completed C25k before - 3 years ago, so know I can do it, but every run has been as challenging as I remember from before. I like Sarah Millican, too

Well done! I completed this on Tuesday but was unable to run yesterday as my hamstrings were really tight and ached.I have given myself an extra days rest and feel quite good today so can run tomorrow.
