Well done. It's not obvious - but you've done the hard in Week 4. You've completed in my opinion, the most important week in the whole program.
Week 4 is the biggest jump in running time - from 9 minutes in Week 3 runs to 16 minutes in Week 4 - that's 75%! Week 5 is a mental challenge, not a physical one.

Take it easy and you'll be absolutely fine. Week 5 is to be embraced and enjoyed. Remember, your body is more than capable - it's just the mental side of things that can over-complicate matters.
