You can do this! If you need to, you can always repeat a run or an entire week. I did both, many times, and managed to graduate, eventually. xo

It's good that you can see that for yourself. There is research which shows that slow running is good for us! ( Just as well, I will always be a snail 🐌!) You can always choose to think about speed and pace later on when you have finished the program. πŸ˜„

I did W4 R1 tonight & I really didn't think I'd be able to do the 5 mins...but I did...(just).... R2 on Wed, as my legs need at least a days rest. x
