Well...I was right to be worried coz it was HARD 😂 but I did it! Never in a million years did I think I could run (loose term) for 5 minutes. When Sarah tells you at the end that I’ve run 16 minutes that seems insane!
I’m hoping it gets better as the week goes on and I can power through.
But I am wondering about if I may need to repeat this week as I may feel I am not ready for week 5 is that something that people have done?
For now tho, we’ve got this💪🏼

You're doing great. If you feel the need to repeat any run or week it's totally up to you. You could just try wk5 and see what happens. You may suprise yourself 😊
You’re doing great! I would just stick with the weeks and repeat the run if you don’t complete it, but there’s no harm in going back a week either. Good luck x
We may say you can do it, but never that it’s easy! Great run.
If you need to repeat, you’ll know because you won’t complete a run... and yes, many hundreds of people will have done this before you. However, assuming you complete all this week’s runs, your body will be ready... like starting week 4, you’ll be ready for week 5.
You are doing brilliantly... wether you need to repeat or not... some do this in 27 runs, some take many more, all end up seeing that they’re actually pretty awesome.
Everybody’s different and at least I’m doing it in general and as i said, before, 60 seconds was hard for me and now I’m doing 5 minutes! It’s insane already haha. Thank you for the advice it’s really helping
I felt that way when doing week 4 last week but managed to complete the first run of week 5 (very slowly) yesterday. No harm in trying it and if you don't manage it first try, keep trying it until you can, then move on to the next one!
