Just take each section slowly, don't go off too fast, and you will be fine.

First thing is to believe and know you can do it. Week 3 has prepared you for it. Keep slow. If (and I'm only saying this for info, cause you will be fine) you don't manage it you just try again after your rest day. Some people do 4 (or maybe 5) of some runs in a week if one of them has felt really hard or they didn't quite finish it. No need to go back to the previous week.

I have just finished W4R1 and feel over the moon! I didn't think I could do it but I slowed it right down. Go for it - I do 4 runs a week so have in total been doing the programme for about 5 weeks. I just concentrated on my music and didn't clock watch too much. It wasn't as hard as I thought.

Well i did it and it was not as bad as i expected. The last 5 min run i found the hardest i think people was walking faster than i was running lol, but i did it thats the main thing. X

Well done. You just have to forget about the time and tell yourself you are going to keep running until the app tells you otherwise, no matter how much slower you get in the meantime!

I'm impressed! - I couldn't do the 5 minutes on my W4R1, so I ended up doing 4 x 3minute runs - which was an advance on W3, but I was disappointed in myself that I couldn't do the 5 minutes. Need to try again! - but WELL DONE to YOU!

Awww dont get down about it, think back to how you was in week 1 and see how much you have improved. You will do it on your next run, just keep thinking it and it will happen xx

Going for my first week4 run on Friday and am also feeling nervous as it seems a big jump to 5 minutes I think j often run slower than some people walk! Well done to you am hoping I will be able to do it too

You will be fine, just slow down if need be and who cares if you are slower than the people that walk. We will be overtaking them and more in a few more weeks when we are stronger amd faster. x
