Hi all could use your advice please... my house is in the middle of a road which runs across a hill. So when i get the the end of my road I either start up the hill or down the hill.
So my question is as i start to increase my running time am I better off to start my route up the hill and run the risk of tiring my legs early. Or start down hill and face the final .75k up hill?
Any thoughts?

I have done it both ways - my initial theory was to ‘warm up’ and ease myself in gently by doing the downhill first but then by the end you’re tired. So now I try and do the uphill first, super slow and steady, to get it out of the way then enjoy the rest of the run. Good luck!
