Was a bit daunted at the prospect of this one but made it through and completed the workout.

Had to add some distance to my route also which I suppose it a good thing too. While I understand the 5k bit is more marketing and not really the goal of the programme, I went into this with a 5k run as my personal goal.

My route now sits at 4.88k which took me 36 minutes i just continued the cool down walk until i got home.

Congratulations! How was the running part? Did you manage to run properly all through week 3 and today? I'd love to hear for myself (up to week 4 now).

Take care

Yes made it through the runs but needed to adjust my stride as I tend to kick off at the beginning and struggle at the end. Its all about the learning curve i suppose.
