Did R2 last night and found it fine, although it was hard running into the wind at times. Other than that, the run was fine, didn’t feel particularly breathless however despite warming up/cooling down my shins were painful throughout. 😞

I hope you can find stretches that help that part. Also all muscle strengthening like the knee stretch exercises help use the right part - I think!

Many thanks for that, I’m hoping it’s all just been a shock to the system and will pass! Just went for a 2.5m walk on my ‘day off C25K’ and it’s actually not too bad. How are you finding W3?

My running the first time was impossible. Second time easier than the first - no longer slower than a tortoise only as slow as. Third run today even better - only struggled with the last of the runs. It's amazing to see how it really gets easier each time. I'm definitely finding the stretching and knee exercises and full body squats helpful. I can't yet walk 30 minutes easily so good for you!
