That run was so hard! Not sure what it was but I really had to push myself to get through it. Thank goodness for YS and his gentle encouragement 😊

W2R2

Brilliant well done!
It does get easier as your body adjusts to the routine. I found first 2 weeks especially wk 1 really hard.
Keep going and good luck x

Well done! Did my W2R2 run today too. It was ok, but I think I still need to slow down a bit, like everyone says. I seem to get stitch for some reason. At least it was better than W2R2, which I did on an unfamiliar route at a friend's house & ended up doing the last run on a fairly steep slope! 🙄
Hiya. Try not to drink too much immediately before your run. Have some half an hour beforehand and a few sips just before setting out and it might help with the stitch.

I admire anyone starting the plan in this weather. Well done and keep it up! You’ll be amazed at what you can do in a couple of weeks time.

Well done for pushing through!

Well done Jandys! You got through it! It was a pretty hot day, so don’t be worried. You did a great job!! Have a great rest day and drink plenty of water too! You will be ready for the next one! Just remember to take the heat into account and just go slow! ❤️
