Congratulations on completing C25K with week 9 run 3 and graduating, well done, yes it will get slowly easier.

To get your graduation badge and the word GRADUATE 🎓 next to your username leave a message on the June graduate post in the pinned posts on the right side of the healthunlocked C25K home page and tell the administrators that you have ran W9R3 of C25K and graduated 🎓 🏃 😊.

😂😂😂she's just completed wk2r2 . Are you getting carried away , has this heat confused you .

Sorry about that, perhaps it's the heat or more likely that I had a gait analysis for the first time today and bought the recommended shoes which are excellent and am congratulating people a little head of time, 😊 🏃

If I were to run for 30 minutes at this moment in time, I’d need an oxygen tent to lie in, lolx

No not advisable, but just take all the runs slowly and keep ridgidly to the program, once you have graduated from C25K you will be very proud of yourself 😊.

I’m only on W2R2. I’ll put the flags out when I eventually complete the other runs, lol 😂 x

That's great, fantastic, just keep on going. Sit back and think about your progress and give yourself a pat on the back.

I've just started week 3 and today I really feel like my legs have changed. I've got power in them now. Week 1 and week 2 were what did that made that change, keep going!!
