Slow but sure!

So after about a week and a half away from running to rest with groin/hip pain (not sure which!), I ran this morning - I went *very* slowly but it feels so good to be out again and actually running... Gorgeous morning for it too here in Sussex!

What a beautiful photo. How was the hip/groin?

There was a slight twinge but I just stretched lots before and after and took it slowly. It was 100% better than it was a week and a half ago thank goodness - It was agony then! I have a fab chiropractor who I would have gone to but of course at the moment, I can't see her to establish if it is the hip or groin! I'm fairly new to running so I've no idea about these things!!!

I'm glad today was better :)

Slow is fine. My running is slower than I walk but hoping it'll speed up.

Awesome picture!
