W9R2 - A run of two halves (and a 5k, kind of)

I was fooled by the sunshine this morning and went out in a short-sleeved top. Brrr. I spent the first 10 minutes feeling cold and miserable, wondering why I was still pursuing running, how I was not cut out for runs longer then 10 minutes and I was fooling myself.

However by the 15th minute, I had warmed up and the endorphins had kicked in and I really enjoyed myself. Over the run itself I covered 4.2km (300m more than last run) and including warm up and cool down I covered 5.2km. Therefore, Nike Running Club now has my first (and fastest) 5km time as 38 minutes :)

Only one more run until graduation and feeling really positive.
