Positive thoughts. Relaxed face. Press play on the funk and soul and off I went. Wow that was a really good run! To begin with I was wondering if I was going to be able run for five minutes, but by the end of the run, you’ve managed a total of 16 minutes running and it’s such an amazing feeling!! On this particular run, I actually realised if I relaxed my face a little, it helps me to run, which might sound a bit weird but I didn’t realise how tense I am when I’m out there. Keep your head held high and keep on looking forwards. And I definitely recommend a bit of funk and soul to power on through 😄💪🏻🏃♀️
