After being a bit deflated from run 1, feeling better after today's run. Did some warm up exercises for the first time and that helped. I don't take any fluid while on the run but not sure whether that would make any difference?

I also chose a route that had less elevation. Maybe that's a cheat but I enjoyed it nonetheless. Here's to run 3 on Wednesday. Take care all.
