Well I did it oh my gosh those 3 min runs are so hard !!! Oh my I'm just wondering how I'm going to manage 5 mins at a time π. But at least I managed my second day on wk3 xx

Slow it down.
It's 3 minutes no matter if you are sprinting or lightly jogging.
It's about how long you can run not how fast.
And give yourself a big 'woo hoo!' for completing W3R2
Yes I think your right there I'm running on a treadmill on 8.0 so maybe I need to take it down to 7.6 and see how I go π
Just 1 run behind you Marv, and yes the 3 mins are hard! Had to fast walk towards the end of a couple but I was still moving as fast as some runners so not too worried ( and if youβve seen last nights post I needed a wee!) But we will get there, just think how we were on wk1 Run 1, never thought Iβd get beyond that did you? ! #wecandothis

Aww that will be nice π, I'm running tmw now as my partner is taking me out for the day on sat so I've been told today so tmw is my day now π. I'm going to try it a lots slower because I think I'm running to fast xx
