Well I did it oh my gosh those 3 min runs are so hard !!! Oh my I'm just wondering how I'm going to manage 5 mins at a time 😊. But at least I managed my second day on wk3 xx

Well done! Keep going slowly and enjoy. Take in the sights and have a good time. Never thought when I was at your stage that I would have reached week 6 and here I am. Hard work but so enjoyable for the mind and body😬

Slow it down.

It's 3 minutes no matter if you are sprinting or lightly jogging.

It's about how long you can run not how fast.

And give yourself a big 'woo hoo!' for completing W3R2

Yes I think your right there I'm running on a treadmill on 8.0 so maybe I need to take it down to 7.6 and see how I go πŸ˜ƒ

You are going for sustainable length timewise not speed.

30 minutes at 6 is better than 3 minutes at 8

Just 1 run behind you Marv, and yes the 3 mins are hard! Had to fast walk towards the end of a couple but I was still moving as fast as some runners so not too worried ( and if you’ve seen last nights post I needed a wee!) But we will get there, just think how we were on wk1 Run 1, never thought I’d get beyond that did you? ! #wecandothis

Aww that will be nice πŸ‘, I'm running tmw now as my partner is taking me out for the day on sat so I've been told today so tmw is my day now πŸ˜ƒ. I'm going to try it a lots slower because I think I'm running to fast xx
