W3R1: Broke the barrier!

8 years ago, I could not get past week 2. Somewhat older, elated today as I got over the plateau and ran the first run of week 3. What’s different this time? I care less about speed and distance focus, have mastered the “defeat” psychology and am not ashamed to take smaller steps at a slower pace than I used to. Plus I have a 13 year old Daughter with me in lockdown to whom I’ve introduced this programme. Motivation to set a mid-life Mother example! Even if it kills me.

Which, actually, it didn’t :))

Well done, pace is absolute key, I’ve just started week 4 and all I’m doing is focusing on each individual run within the workout 🙂
