Just away to start week 3 with the first run of the week and I am dreading it. not sure how I am going to run for 3 minutes without stopping but I am certainly going to try my hardest. Watch this space to see if I manage it or not.............

Relax, start positive, stay positive and enjoy.RSPSPE.

Slow and steady, footfall under your hips, just breathe, don’t think about it, slow kissing the ground until you get through the sticky phase, enjoy.

Believe in you and trust the programme.🌟👏👏

Ive a long way to go until I can run for 25 mins but hopefully will get there as I would love to be able to do that.

Did you have to repeat any weeks Tasha or have you managed each week as you did them?

No I’ve managed each one. It’s been hard, but psychologically I think if I didn’t complete a run I’d feel deflated so I absolutely keep going. My knee is causing me problems though so I’m not sure I’ll keep it going to graduation. W7R2 next. Good luck. If I can do this, the program clearly works!

You will do it! Have faith in yourself and the program 👍🏃‍♀️👣

Don’t dread, just believe after all you’ve got this far. Best of luck and we will be running quietly behind you urging you on - just remember the mantra slow and steady gets you there

Thank you for all your comments of support, they really spurred me on and YES I actually managed to run for 3 minutes without stopping. I didn't find it easy and wanted to stop but I kept going, so proud of myself. by the time I had finished my face was bright red and I was sweating in areas that I didn't know you could sweat....hahaha

Well done! Know what you mean, as I'm also on week 3. Seemed like a massive increase in running (light jog in my case) time. I tried not to think when doing it...that helped me! Good luck. 👍👍👍
