Morning peeps, so I have just come back from doing my week 3 round 1. I was not looking forward to this week challenge but to my surprise I actually enjoy it and ran full 3 mins and notice my breathing improve. Totally happy with myself today :)

Congratulations! See week 2 wasn't that bad! I finished my last run of week 2 yesterday and will start week 3 on Monday! I was a little nervous about it but seeing how well this week went I think I will continue to smash it!

Keeps up the good work!
