Very proud of my 11 year old - just completed week three run three

Fabulous such a fantastic thing to do together, I’ve started with my daughter and loving it , sharing the achievement together will be special 🥰

It’s lovely isn’t it. After our run we walk home along the canal and check progress on a family of geese with tiny goslings.

Aw - I can’t believe how much I miss Parkrun (and breakfast afterwards) Would be lovely to run with you. I doubt Jake will be up in time for Parkrun he is usually just appearing at lunchtime on Saturday but I’d love it if he did
