Well done that’s great

Oh god...I’ve just found out what’s in store week 3 🤦‍♀️ I’m on week 2 run 3 tomorrow and 90 secs feels like a long time...3 minutes?? Scared already

You can do it! Just slow down a little if you're feeling it tough. :-)

Not three minutes. Nine minutes. Exactly the same as this week! Look at the total workout rather than the individual runs. Sure, there’s a bit less walking in week 3, but there’s no more running. And here’s the thing: you have an extra week of training in your legs. You must believe that training makes a difference. You couldn’t have done week 3 a week ago but you can now because you’ve done the training for it. You’ll be fine.

Now that’s turned it round in my head ... thanks!

I like that way of thinking I’ll remember that when starting week 3 next week!

Yep. Then forget again for week 4, where the total run time does actually increase but no one notices because the first three weeks have prepared them!

Well done, I start week 2 today! I’m trying to not look at the bigger picture. But I get a nervous stomach on the days I’m gonna run! 🤪

Well done! That’s what I’m on next week and knew it went to 3 mins so it’s good to hear you did it! 😊

Jamjar18 well done! Just remember this mantra: "every run you've done prepares you for the next one" . It's very simple but very true - it should help allay any fears about "the next one".

Hey Jamjar that’s awesome. I jog here in the smokies. You ever run here? The grades get pretty tough.
