Well done that’s great
Oh god...I’ve just found out what’s in store week 3 🤦♀️ I’m on week 2 run 3 tomorrow and 90 secs feels like a long time...3 minutes?? Scared already
Not three minutes. Nine minutes. Exactly the same as this week! Look at the total workout rather than the individual runs. Sure, there’s a bit less walking in week 3, but there’s no more running. And here’s the thing: you have an extra week of training in your legs. You must believe that training makes a difference. You couldn’t have done week 3 a week ago but you can now because you’ve done the training for it. You’ll be fine.
Now that’s turned it round in my head ... thanks!
I just finished w2r3 too. Kinda dreading Sunday’s 3mins!
Oooooh before my Monday then...good luck, if it’s bad don’t tell me 🤦♀️
Excellent. Really well done.
Bet you didnt think you could do this after week 1 run 1. You are doing great. Keep up the good work!
Never doubted you 👏
Well done! I’m at the same point as you, just completed wk3 run1 this morning too.
Well done! I’m just about to do W3 R2 I’m surprised as well 😊
Huge well done you... slow and steady as you go, you are doing just fine...
Well done, I start week 2 today! I’m trying to not look at the bigger picture. But I get a nervous stomach on the days I’m gonna run! 🤪
Well done! That’s what I’m on next week and knew it went to 3 mins so it’s good to hear you did it! 😊
Jamjar18 well done! Just remember this mantra: "every run you've done prepares you for the next one" . It's very simple but very true - it should help allay any fears about "the next one".
Hey Jamjar that’s awesome. I jog here in the smokies. You ever run here? The grades get pretty tough.
Great - well done you! Twice more and you'll be ready for the next one. Enjoy surprising yourself for the rest of the programme 🏃🏃🏃
Well done!
