Week 6 Run 3 already!

I took an extra day before this run- been a bit u dear the weather this week, so felt it would help. Typical it was a colder, greyer, windier and damper morning that we have had of late, quite uninspiring and I was (as usual) nervous. But guess what, I did it, 25 mins non stop, even managed to pick up some pace for the last minute!

This plan and this forum are just ace, when Jo said in my ear, ‘that’s half way through’ , I was amazed, and knew then I could do the rest. Ok I was a bit more tired for the last bit, but summoned up a faster finish and feel great! Triumph of body over mind.
