I did it! Sarah Millican told me I could do it and I did.

I changed my route which was good, adjusted my pace when needed. 5 minutes before the end I really wanted to walk but really glad I didn’t. I might run this one again before moving on.

Breathing... if I think about it while running I end up overthinking it and start counting, so I stopped thinking about it and that seemed to work.

Felt good to run 25 minutes and am amazed I can do it.

Well done on completing run 3 of week 6, you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER, isn't that amazing, onwards and upwards to week 7.

Well done! I completed that run yesterday and felt similar in the last five minutes, there was no way I was going to speed up. I’m moving onto week 7 because it’s the same again isn’t it? No time increase till week 8.

I did laugh when she said for the last minute you can speed up 🤣

I think it’s a confidence thing. What if I can’t do the next one? I’ve not looked at the next one so I don’t know what it is 🤷🏻‍♀️
